Sujet Question about TK Filter on VDJ V4.x

Ce topic est ancien et peut contenir des informations obselètes ou incorrectes.

My previous plugin using FFT does not work with V4.x (try Isolator for example)
I am interested to know how I can fix these problems. In my opinion, it is possible because TK filter V2 works with V4.x.

Did someone update Tk filter for V4 or not ?

Actually, your Isolator plug-in works with v4.x. Unless you're talking about some version that you haven't released.

It doesn't work if you change the parameters when the plug is actived.

Hi Deun Deun,

For me, it works too except when I move the Low Pass slider. It makes a sort of bad echo when I move it instead of cutting a range of frequency.
The High Pass slider works well.

If you hear a bad noise when changing sliders, it's because the inlined algorythm isn't optimized enough, and FFTs are very heavy to be computed for a CPU, even for the latest ones...
This is why I'm trying to use FFTW ( http://www.fftw.org ), but after building DLLs they don't work... I mean I can't link the library of VDJ won't load the plugin at all. I don't know why this happens, but I MUST use FFTs, which aren't included anymore in the new SDK.
