Sujet Time coded vynals and CD's

Can someone give me some info about time coded vynals and cds, i want to know, if i use them with my bcd2000, will it be more stable since ill turn off the midi commands? also, im thinking about buying those new numark turntables with usb OR some Pioneer CDJ 800's If i buy those, will i be able to use their built in special effects with the TCCD's? or ar the time coded cd's ONLY for controling the playback and scratching?
