Sujet File Naming (.mp4) Challenge in Recurse/File Listing

My file naming protocol is as follows:

(ACDC) You Shook Me All Night Long (rock) then the file extension suffix.
(artist) song title (dance step) . file extension

When it's a .vob file, VDJ does the separation nicely...
Artist: ACDC
Title: You Shook Me All Night Long (rock)

Same with .mpg, same with .avi

But with an .mp4 suffix, everything [the entire file name] is in the Title field.

How do I get the .mp4 files to mirror the naming structure of .vob, .avi, and .mpg files in VDJ? (note: I have 4.1)

Also, is there a way to make the file extension (e.g. .vob) to automatically be inserted into the Comment field, or just better yet, some method or tweak to have some form of icon identity as to which type of file is which?

that is a very nice idea..put that up in the wishlist forum..i second it..and im sure a lot of people would do too..
