I found this BPM utility call beatunes www.beatunes.com that some my find helpful. It does need Itunes to work. It analyzes the BPM and auto writes to the BPM tag. I recently had to re-anlayze my entire library and found it did it with very high accuracy rate. It also comes with a BPM range and a tap function. It is not free though. It has a 7 day trial and the full version is $19. It was well worth it for me and some of you may find it useful too.

I would also recommend Mixshare. It will tag the BPM and Key of the song for you. The ability to know the key of the song helps with Harmonic mixing. Mixshare is slower than other programs I've tried (i.e. Mixmeister, BPM analyzer, VDJ) but I've found it to be more accurate..specifically with the Keycode.
