Sujet mp3 recoding in vdj 4.1

i am able to record my mixes in mp3 format using vdj 4.1. upon playback, i noticed that on any of the incoming track, you hear first a bass sound (the low - as if the low was on full) then suddenly it goes back to normal and then you hear the incoming track play (i usually bring down the low and mids on any incoming track then full it during blend/transition).

how can i solve this problem and get rid of the low sound on my incoming tracks? i dont hear this during live mix -- only on playbacks.

what format are you recording to?

recording to mp3 format. i always put the low and mid eq's to 9-10 o clock setting for incoming tracks. they sound good (no bass) on live mixing but upon playback of recorded mp3, there's always a low on the background that appears.

exactly the same thing as posted in the pix:

auto gain -- always match
pitch range -- -34 to +34

anyone getting the same problem? basically i cant get a good mix because for all incoming tracks i hear a low bass sound then immediately disappears (as if the bass of the incoming track plays) -- even if i set the low eq to 9 o'clock. i might be thinking it could be grounded. im using dj console 1 and vdj 4.1.

does it do this with all or just some songs?

unfortunately all songs. i dont know if theres a ground or something and perhaps during recording it picks up the low eq/bass in split seconds. any other suggestions? is this the first time someone raised this issue?
