Sujet Probs with Videos in VDJ 4.1

I have many problems with VDJ 4.1 . First sometimes it shows no videos and the programm hung up . Second the Videos make stop and go and the sound interrupt . The CPU runs between 40 and 60 % usage but the videos runs not clearly . I hope you can help me with this problem .

Also to add to Sky's response please give us your system specs as to better help you, please include Video card specs as well as sound card specs.
