Last night I was in my last 15 minutes of a 5hr Xmas party.
I was playing on the left player “Wild Thing” And Sampling on the right player “Push It”, looping the first Messier.. Half way through the song all hell broke loose.
The Sound quality Became distorted.
Right deck was freakin' possessed ..
Couldn’t stop the track playing
When I clicked the mouse pointer on the spinning vinyl The sample increased it’s speed.
I shut the software down, re-opened VDJ and played “Push It” with some distortion..
If I had time to do a complete shutdown of the computer the problem probably would have went away..
The question is, “What The Hell Was The”
Thank you

Thanks skyfxl. Is there something I can do with the soundcard settings to prevent any potential errors?

asio, is used for tcv, time coded vinyl.
asio is a driver developed by stineberg, and it allows the dj to run in low latancy mode, for exsample if u put your hand over the spinning record, it might take a few seconds to registor that u have your hand over the record,on the other hand if u had run in low latancy mode and u put your hand over he record it would react as soon as u put your hand over he record, hope thats a good explaination!!!!

I’m using mk1 just as a controller, being that using the sound card creates issues with VDJ..
Should I ASIO drivers and would it help stabilize mk1 sound card with VDJ.
