if i understand u crrectlly, what u want to do is, have a time coded vinyl on one side and a normal record on the other. for this you will needd to configure a keyboard shortcut and click keyboard shortcuts ad its called time code active and just config a shortcut.

heya check my blog for the keyboard shortcuts for bypass
it lets you by pass the software and play real vinyl trough virtual dj and your sound card :)
