HI,
I have an X-session controller (not the pro), that I use to assign certain midi functions for VDJ. I was told that i could only assign 1 video effect parameter (say the speed that the cube spins) in 4.1, but that when 4.2 came out I'd be able to use the knobs on the x-session for more than 1 parameter (for example, cube speed and zoom).
Does anyone know if this can now be done with the updated version? I tried but could not more than 1 paramter still. May need directions.
Also, I wanted to assign a sound effect to the x-session like when I hit a button the backspin effect is automataically activated. I have no problms doing this with shortcut keys with the keyboard, but with the x-session it used to crash in 4.1, now in 4.2 it doesn't crash, but rather jsut opens up the list of effects and does not go to the one that I assign in the value box.
ANy help on these 2 would be appreciated.

Barry,
I sent you a PM about the X-session button and FX select & activate combo.
As for the Video FX Slider Parameters - that didn't make this release. I was hoping it would make it as well.
