In the back of my Numark, I have red and white rca's record out to my line in to the back of my computer sound card. When I mix, it only records the song on Deck A not Deck B. I also tried MIC in and it also does not work. What should I do?

What are you using to 'record' - what software? And which Numark mixer are you using?

I am using VDJ 4.2ir, Numark DXM-09 mixer.
This is my hookup:
From the Numark, Line 1 input to Hercules MK2 1/2 output
Line 2 input to Hercules Mk2 3/4 output
Record out to my soundcard in the back of my computer to Line in (I am using rca on one end and mini-jack on the other end)
Master output, I am also using a rca with a mini-jack end but I am using a coupler for my desktop speakers to be plugged in the other end of the coupler.
This setup allows me to use my MK2 as turntables and the Numark as my mixer. But the problem is that when I record, it only records the song on deck A, even when I move the crossfader on the Numark to Deck B. I also tried to record a song that is playing on Deck B alone without moveing the crossfader to Deck A. I do not even get a small hissing noise. So, I am officially stumped. What to do now?
