Sujet Question about input/output

i bought my HERCULES DJ CONSOLE MK2 yesterday and i have a question
how can i seperate my channels?
what i mean is

i want channel A trough my boxes on the pc
and i want channel b to run trough my headset..
i tried over and over again and i didn't manage to get it straight..

i noticed that i have a cable with a red and a white input.. where do i have to put it ??

please advice
