Q: I have submitted a Ticket. How long does it take to get an answer ?

Atomix Productions support staff do their best to answer support requests from users as fast as possible. During normal business days, most questions are normally answered within 2-3 days (Normally within 24 hours in most cases depending on the nature of your request.)

Please do not submit tickets with the same question more than once. It will not get you a faster answer, and in this case Atomix Productions may answer requests from other users first.

Please note some questions may take more time to be answered, so thank you for your patience.
