The problem has nothing to do with variables and toggles between software/hardware effects.

Super happy to see stems 2.0 fx not crash the deck , Thanks for being so reactive!
The reference to the toggle and variables in my previous post was in regards to the right effects toggle not activating effects in SW mode , hopefully this can get addressed soon.

I have Identified another possible bug with the REV7 , or possible is a VDJ bug only showing its face with this controller.
When using the brightness hotkeys ,and this has only been replicable with the hotkeys, you get a clear distinct popping sound that is very similar to one of an ASIO issue. If you repeat to push the hotkeys to change the brightness you can actually get VDJ to have a slight hang up .
Have tested on two seperate systems , with the same result with the REV7.
This issue does not seem to exist when the controller is off or unplugged.
