Sujet Sync problem

With Virtual DJ 5.0 rev 2.0 and downloaded mp4 why is it that the videos are not sync with the output of the video , basically the video is alot slower then the audio

Any tricks thanks

It might be codec problem. Does that video play nice in Windows Media Player?
