ok my sound card keeps giving off this poping sound.. id ont touch anything and it keeps poping..when i move any knobs from my mixer it pops even more..why is this happening..i just noticed this right now...i dont want to go to no gig with that nasty sound..
PS im using the NUMARK DJ IO sound card...i also hear this popping sound thru my headphones..i dnt think its my headphones and speakers..

What your Performance settings,
You could try this,
Preset slider all the way to fastest, Latency on Auto
Safe mode and Overclocked unchecked

Which mixer?? external or the total control?
Just disable the safe mode n u should be fine if u using from the latter;)

Have u also tried jimmy suggestion? Preset to fastest n latency auto.
