i was checking out new laptops and notice alot of them no longer have S-VIDEO connections.

Has anyone started using HDMI cables for their videos?

If so how are you going about connecting to a RCA (Composite) or S-VIDEO on the TV inputs. Especially if they dont have a HDMI connection?

Has anyone used this? Can they confirm it works?

I purchased two DVI to S-Video converters for my 9800GX2 and they didn't work.

I'm currently doing a show where I've downgraded from the 9800GX2 to a 7800GX because it has a S-Video out. I'd prefer working with my GX2 if this will work!

If anyone gets this, please PM me, or post back here. Also, pricing to the U.S.?
