Sujet Rmx and a problem with the loop out button

Hi all i have a problem that is doing my nut in. when i have a loop going and i want to end it by pressing the loop out button it doesnt work it just makes the loop shorter. the button is defo working as it is making the loop shorter i just want to now is it a bug or could someone help me fix it cheers
