Every time after closing my Virtual Vinyl, then shut down my system, a warning showed up on my screen (picture below).
The shut down process is halted until I press ok on the warning window.
No external hard drive being used, only my VV interface box, my iCDX x 2 or CDJ400 x 2 or Total Control (either) and the wireless mouse. Those mentioned devices are already removed before I shut down my system.
It only happen when I'm using VV.
Anybody with this kind of problem, help and or advise is very much appreciated.

Laptop: HP dV5
RAM: 4096MB
HD: 250G
Speed: 2.0Hz
Processor: 2 core
OS: Vista Home Premium
Graphics: NVIDIA w/ 512MB dedicated

what version of virtual vinyl are you using?
have you tried booting up in safe mode?

Google suggests it's some Dell installed multimedia software, or HP in this case, QuickPlay software. You can try uninstalling it and replacing it with the latest version from the HP website or try contacting their support.
