Sujet: Auto Gain function question.

How to understand this option ?

Does it automaticaly selects the best gain level for you ? Cause you don't realy can see if you are playing int the red or yellow part on the UI .

Yes, in a nutshell that is what it does.
 
And if u use not the auto gain fucntion, how do you manage to set the correct gain level ?

by manually moving the gain slider or knob on the mixer. I have mine set to normalise to 0db. no problems.
