ive just taken delivery of hercules rmx with virtual dj. it says there is a 20-day free trial for the pro version. when i clicked it, nothing happened. now when i click it again - the box is greyed out and it says '20 days trial already used'. please advise.

It is because you either were using a crack version or already used the downloadable demo in the past.

I just purchased the Hercules RMX, and have had the same thing happen. I have never used Virtual DJ before, so I don't know why I can't get the PRO trial.

yea wtf I restarted my computer and now it says pro and when i click it box is greyed and yes. I bought le and registered it buty now i can't access my config and im gettting mad >:o

Although this is an old topic, i'll tell you how to get the free trial...
All you have to do is open VDJ, then click on the config thingy (in my skin that's in the right upper corner) and then go to the last tab "info". There will probably be only two tabs in your case, Config and Info...
There you only have to click on FREE TRIAL.
BUT: you only can do this once, so if you have done it before or your computer THINKS you already done that, it probably say that you already used the 20 day trial period.

You can download the latest Home FREE from: http://www.virtualdj.com/download/free.html
This allows unlimited (Non-commercial only) use with mouse/keyboard only and also allows Pro features such as MIDI controllers, timecode, full-screen video, etc. to be tried out for 10 minutes at a time (You can restart the software as many times as you like to obtain another 10 minutes.)
