Most Digital DJ's have no internet access on their DJPC's, so how do people go about updating windows xp with the latest directx driver and update patches?

Download them with a connected PC then burn these files to a CD and install on your other PC from this CD;
Check some PC-books sometimes there is a CD/DVD offered with a lot of util. programs.
