I have Virtual DJ, the version that comes with the Hercules DJ controller. Does the DjIO interface work with this version and if so what do i need to do? Thank You.

DJ Control MP3. It looks like the MK2. I think its the one before the MK2.

The older version has limited support for ASIO soundcards you would need to upgrade.
