I downloaded virtualdjPro 5.2 but when I went to went to install the virtual dj on my C drive there comes a message that " This software requires an additional 9773 K bytes free on the E: drive to install. Please remove any unnecessary files and try again." when I push the button ignore there comes another screen with "The file 'E:\Documents\VirtualDJ\Samples\copyright.txt' could not be opened". Why is the program trying to install on my CD-Rom drive is there any way around this?

Run disc clean up to make more room on the c drive.
It is searching for alternative places/drives to install too.

Can you guys tell me how you got past this please?
I'm having the same problem, cannot get past the ...\copyright.txt error message.
(I have about 50GB free on my HDD too)
Many thanks.

Thanks to the telephone support line in the US, i have solved my installation problem.
Simply create an account here on Virtual DJ, go to the 'modify my profile' page & enter your product registration number.
Then go to the 'downloads' dropdown & click on 'software updates', then choose wich version of the update you require, (PC or MAC) install & you're away!!
