How do you reset the VDJ program to recognize the current itunes library? VDJ is not updating itunes as the itunes library changes, Mackbook PRo with external HD

option 1/take look in the preference from VDJ and click the V ad automatic from iTunes.
option 2/You startup itunes and close it back, after that you startup VDJ and clik in the sidebar the map iTunes (normaly you hear the disc are read now)
option 3/Other option is to drop the XML files out of the maps from VDJ (also the external disc) and then restart VDJ.
Hold on the old XML files as backup.
