What kind of noise? You're not being very specific. Are you hearing it through your speakers (from the C3 output)? From your computer?
I know I've had cheap mixers in the past and they either hum or his, or both. Now I use Allen & Heath so it's not an issue.
It really is down to the amount of money you spend. You might get lucky, but usually "you get what you pay for".
