Sujet: rmx issues

ok goin back and forward the last few weeks.the problems i am having are that my gains and sliders have to be moved a few times before they will work.also mi cordless mic shure is very crackling.i have changed sound settings so many times.i only use my vdj&rmx for music and karaoke.
i have used the hercules programme to see is it working properly as a midi controller each button including sliders go to 127 then to zero does this mean it is ok.also in remote setup is it just midi or midi and mk11 i choose.
anyone help with rmx issues and or set up ideas.

It sounds like you may have some latency problems. You shouldn't have to do that mate. Are you using the latest drivers (Dec 08) for it.

Have you ran a DPC Latency test? It will show you if have any problems.

Regarding your other question, all you need to do is to activate the RMX by using the mk2 icon (for some reason or another the team hasn't got round to putting a RMX icon in the remote control tab). Thats all you have to do mate.
 
yeh mate have the dec o8 drivers.how will do a dpc test

Download the dpclat.exe V1.1 file and run it of your desktop (you don't need to install it). Run it for about 5 minutes

Basically, you really want all green, if you get yellow, then thats OK too. But if you start getting red spikes then you have problems. If you can please post a screen shot
 
just downloaded it and its starts straight away is that it mate
 
Yes mate,

Just double click on the icon and let it run and see if you get any red spikes.
 
running 10 mins mate and all grenn and under the first green line

no mate
just ran with rmx connected for 10 mins and the same results all green
 
sorry this might be off topic but when i star vdj that is connected with my rmx it gives me the hercules skin, well when i click on the config tab it open a little window but does not give any options at all is this normal? also how can i go back to the virtual dj skin???
