Sujet: installation error

Trying to dowload vdj using windows 5.2.1 but everytime i download i get an installion error, can anyone help

If you are running NOD32 anti virus, open the control panel and disable amon, then you can re enable it after the install.
 
im running norton antivirus...when you say disable amon?? what you mean
 
Just disable the antivirus, and then install..

If you are on VISTA, try install as admin (right click install file and choose install as administrator).
 
im using windows..i have disabled, installed, used the serial key it came with, than when i click on the icon to initiate, i get an pop up saying it will try to connect to internet and see if new version is available. Nothing happens, so when i say ok to pop up, i get a red circle x saying installion error???
