I'm currently building a system to use with my laptop. I just purchased the denon 4500 controller and am about to purchase vdj. I currently user a numark 200fx with built in effects. its great for my karaoke singers microphone. If I decide to buy a denon x500 so i can control my video crossfader, What can I use to give reverb on my mics for when I do Karaoke?
Thanks in advance for your help

The Dennon controller can controll Virtual DJ, and you will still need your Numark mixer for your karaoke reverb as youre doing now.

If you want to use the X500 mixer for video crossfading, but still wish to retain effects, you could simply purchase an external effects unit with the appropriate features you need.
The X500 mixer has an effects loop, so you could simply connect the external effect unit up to this. You can then choose on the mixer itself which source to apply the external effects to (E.g: Mic)
