Hey guys, could someone please help.
I was having problems with my souncard but that seems to be sorted now.
My problem is when i go to config and put the needle on my TCV's and press auto config nothing happens.
I can see the timecode signal. I assume it is a timecode signal anyway.
Firstly when i put the needle on the TCV just below the litte screen on the advanced view there is a little red dot that says silent beside it. its the same for both. I can use the sliders (silent, stereo etc) and when i move those the dot goes green and it says timecode quality 0% but once i try to auto config it goes back to a default setting and a the red dot displays again.
I have had it working before but as i said, i had problems with my soundcard. I unplugged it and it wouldnt work once plugged in again. But i think i sorted it by turning the computer off and connecting the cable in the usb port i used before and then powered the laptop back up.
I have the sound set as:
I/P- timecode
O/P- external mixer
VVsoundcard
Im also using windows vista if that helps
