I got a total control about 5 months ago and couldnt get it working the whole time i called them and they told me to send it back,i did and 2 weeks later it comes back in full working order,i have nothing but praise for numark and would advise anyone who has problems with a total control or any other numark product to contact them,things might take awhile to get sorted but i would say they will solve any problems
