Hey guys,
i have a quick question. Im thinking of picking up some CDJ 400's and was wondering if i connect them up to VDJ does the sound come back through to the CDJ or do i need to connect the sound from the computer to my mixer?
sorry for the crap description. just need to know exactly how it works.

External soundcard required or sound from PC. The CDJ400's are a midi controller only - they do not have a built in soundcard.

I have been using this setup (2* cdj-400 and virtual dj) for almost a year now and the cdj-400s have a build in soundcard.

Sounds like i'm wrong then - i stand corrected.
I dont own the 400's but know someone that does and he has always used an external sound card with them so i just assumed you needed one. My bad -

can you use 2 cdj400's in their usb midi mode or are you in some sort of timecode mode??

2 cdj400's - 2 usb cables - 2 usb ports - 1 computer
just activate the remote control in the config section
