Hi. I have a problem with my console MK2. In the exits master 1/2 3/4 both by RCA and by jack there is listened a white noise (noise of rain, as when you tune to a channel) this noise is not listened in the exit of earphones, only in the exits master.
The noise is listened on having ignited the console without VDJ, VDJ does not have anything that to see with this noise, looks like a problem of hardware, I have tried to update the firmware and there is not solved, that I can do???? To someone has happened to the similar one????
For my experience in hardare suspect that this is a problem of the connection USB.

First, let me say it and get it out of the way, if you have purchased the Hercules MKII, please register the serial number with VDJ. With that said, what is your sound setup in VDJ and are you using the lastest drivers from Hercules?
