Sujet: ticket closed now what

hey there guys just woundered what happened after a ticket is closed, how do you find out what happened??

Your ticket was 47 days old and the search crash is a rare but known problem that has been addressed in the next release.
When tickets go inactive like this, its thought that the problem was resolved or answered in the forum.
Frequently we find duplication between eservice and the forum and find the user has been answered there.
 
Cheers for letting me know. It would of been nice to have had that bit of information about it being sorted in the next update in the email but hey ho . .. hope that doesent start another massive thread about updates / comms ect (feel free to level this up!)
 
Well thanks for that bit of understanding Matt.

We are totally focussed on fixing things that have been nagging users.
The crash you had was looked at by DJ Cel and determined its cause in his reply.
Search crashes are nothing new as well as lost tracks, and are among the things I am emphasizing in the database areas of the next release.

Sorry for our delay in replying, crash guard reports take time to solve and compile in aiding the problem solving.
Sometimes there just isn't an answer available till that process takes it course.

I am going to close this but wanted to answer you openly.
