Hi Team

I have tried to register my 7 Numark products on my profile and it tells me that the serials are not accepted, any reason? :(

Don't register the serial numbers on the product, register the serial numbers that are on the CDs supplied with the product.
 
You can only register the LICENSES of AtomixMP3, VirtualDJ OR the Numark CUE/VirtualVinyl software --- anything else is not accepted.


From the profile Licenses box --

"If you bought a VirtualDJ-based product (like VirtualDJ Pro, VirtualDJ HomeEdition, Numark CUE, Numark VirtualVinyl, Hercules DJConsole, AtomixMP3, etc...), enter in the box below the serial number that came with your product (looking like XXX-XXX-XXXX)."
