I currently use an RMX as my mobile unit, i am looking to upgrade and use the RMX as a backup unit. The 2 units im looking at are the DMC2 (nicely priced), DAC3 and the HC4500 (like the option for cd connection).
I would like to get some feedback on which one people prefer, i'm working on getting more and more gigs (birthday parties, small weddings etc) and would like a reliable rig.
Thanks as always for your assistance.
Pete

gotta go with denon. pcdj doesn't even make DJ equipment and you can tell in the DAC 3, I hate mine. i'm saving for the hc4500...

I have a DAC 3 and a Denon HC4500, Denon is light years ahead of the DAC 3. Use the mapper as mentioned above and you'll love it.

As mentioned by djbojett any mixer can be used. I'm using a RANE MP44.

That Rane Club Mixer looks really Good a little out of my budget. I was looking for a Denon Mixer to go with the HC4500 But have not seen any packages around

If i go with the hc4500, ill be using the Denon x500 mixer.

You should get either the Denon X500 or X900 mixer.
Both of these can be linked to the HC4500 via the X-control cable - This allows you to video crossfade using the mixer's real crossfader.
