My £1800 laptop developed a problem however the support at Acer were poor. I installed the Vista disc which was working fine however many months down the line it stated asking for activation which had been done previously on the same PC, yesterday the software refused to spark completely so i phoned MS who went through the activation process which after 9 minutes they cut me off, telephoned them again and they asked for the security details of the discs, however despite the discs and case having everything to do with MS they advise its a manufactures discs and that i would have to pay MS £46.00 for support. Needless to say I am miffed.
This example shows how brilliant the support team are at VDJ, as we never get treated second class.
