I downloaded the trial version to get a view of the software before I purchased this program. I cannot open the trial. When I try it says "Select Interface". No matter what interface I select, it tells me this error: "Invalid skin file (error line %i in the xml". What is this issue and how do I fix it?

This usually happens when there is a bad skin loaded. Did you try rebooting? Do you have any skins, except the default skin installed?

No, I have whatever came with the download.
I was told to delete the install file, uninstall, reboot, and then install. Did not work.

i have the exact same problem, i have deleted this file and downloaded it again twice and yet it still doesnt work
