Well the point of the matter is ... being honest to yourself before you try being critical of something.
You come here looking for advice, fine.
You get challenged a bit on if you are going to criticize something you should at least own it first. And, your response to that is then a lie.
There goes the credibility.
So again ... being honest to yourself first and then the community will get you more respect and a better welcome. But, coming to a community criticizing the software (and of all things an icon) and saying you are borrowing a users license - which in fact is a crack to begin with, well not a smart way to make friends in a very friendly community.

ok so you want me to be honest, rite then
im my opinion the vdj icon is pants. i do not use a "cracked" version, i use an origional serial code, no it isnt mine and yes it is borrowed, well more given than borrowed as i dont plan to give it back cus the guy has it already. ive joined this comunity to learn more about the product an as it happens i gave my view on the icon. which some people diddnt like. i want to buy my own liscence once i start using it to the extent you guys do e.g... have hardware and play regular gigs. but untill then i decided to join the comunity to get the necessary advice and skills to allow me to become a better performer.
ok now ive told you what you want do you think i can get some help, express some opinions and try to help people with whatever knowlege i have whether it be about virtual dj or computer systems, which happens to be a favourite subject btw.

You might want to ask your buddy where he got it ... because it's not a legal license. And I know that for a fact ...

So you might not use a cracked version, but you do use an illegal version. There is no point trying to reword it to sound fluffy ;)

The conditions of buying the software isn't that can you use an illegal version if you aren't using it professionaly. You can use the trial, and if it does what you want then buy it. If not, uninstall and find something that does work.

It's corporate policy to help everyone, be they licensed users or not - but users who openly admit they are not using a legitimate version are bound to cope a bit of abuse now and again.
One tip: If you're looking at become a professional DJ, forget the icon and get on with the important things. No-one is ever going to see it bar you, and even then only for a few seconds.

ah well balls to this conversation i dont care no more, yes i use an illegal version and if you guys wanna complain then go ahead im not bothered i can sit here an argue all year but thats not gonna get me any where is it, so im out. enjoy this thread im moving on. cya.

You are most welcome to come support the software legaly if you like it, and hope you do one day :)
Supporting the software helps the progress of the software, for new good features etc.
As well as full access to skins, free updates and lots more :)
End of thread, and to others, STOP BASHING new users here, regardless of their position on VDJ.
