Hi Everyone. This reall goes out to the DJ's who use the HC4500. I have a flight case which is being custom made as I need it to fit the Ecler Mixer and the HC4500. When my HC4500 controller is going to be at the bottom and the mixer above as i'm going to need access, would it be ok for the denon controller to have the power button left in the on position when unplugging it and switching it on of course once I have setup the laptop etc.

I have mine that way...and it works fine!!

I've often come across this when flightcasing gear however never with the controller your using, anyway I've done just that and the items have been ok.

Actually I had situations where HC4500 stops responding and the only way to make it work is to turn power off and on again. So keeping an easy access to the power button might be a good idea. But you may never experience this problem.
