Hmmm...not a lot of info here, but why are you using V5.0? Go to the Download Centre and use the latest version!
If you specify your current settings/setup, the experts here might be able to point you in the right direction.

First of all, I don't think the unlicenced version is capable of broadcasting, and, secondly, Vista forgot to include on their mixer a "Wave" or "What-U-Hear" option, which means that broadcasting is impossible - you may need an external soundcard.
