Hi everyone.

I've been looking into the costs of setting up for a silent disco and was wondering if anyone does this and can advise me on the following.

How much does it cost to set up
Wheres the best place to get equipment from
How much do you charge your customers
Any other advice

do a google "silent disco" there are a few companys hiring out the headsets, but as usual none giving out prices directly, wonder if they are the ones responsible for missing headsets or is it down to the organiser, there must be a shed load of these nicked at each party, or do the punters have to pay for them or hired with a deposit, suppose these are the questions you need to be looking at.
 
Realy not a good idea m8. iv been involed with a couple of these over the years, 2 of which halfway through the night the managers have said get the main music back on this isnt working :S
 
Just looking at costings at the moment before researching the idea out to my customers.

I have seen 1 website advertising that it is just £1.65 per headset but does not say how much the set up charge is. Rather get the price of the equipment first than use my time phoning round for quotes. If it's too expensive it might go on the back burner.

Anyone else got any wacky ideas to spice things up with a disco. (change can be good as well as bad folks)
