wHAT DOES 14 MINUTES TO DELETE OR MODIFY YOUR MESSAGE MEAN?
Why? What did I do wrong?

It's all OK. This is the time you have to change (correct) or delete a massage on forum, if you find a mistake or think it would not be apropriate to post. Aftere that time, the post is locked, and cannot be deleted or modified. It's just a way this forum is set.
