Sujet: HERCULES RMX CONTROLLER HELP!!!

hello people, thnx for reading this...im not quite sure if this is the right section to my problem... I recently received my new B-52 matrix 1000 today and i hooked it up. its sound great, but then i've noticed that everytime i moved the pitch controller you can hear it into the speaker...it sounded like a grounded or something...this is been on going problem even with my little speaker...everytime i move the crossfader too, it will have the same noise coming out? what do u think it could be? i just recently purchased all the speaker cables...the sound is EXTREMELY ANNOYING COZ YOU CAN HEAR IT!!

Check your VDj settings.

1. Performance slider

2. Overclock

3. Savemode

Are you using the controller in ASIO mode? If so try increase your Asio buffer slightly (RMX control panel)

Also in the Performance tab of VirtualDJ Config. Set the slider to Fastest, change Latency to Auto (from the drop down) and uncheck both Safe mode and Overclock.

See what that does mate.

^^ hey thnx jimmy...saw your reply too at hercules forum....no im not using asio mode....do i need to be on that mode? what the difference..i've been using wdm...
 

Even if it's not gonna help with the noise problem you want to use ASIO mode for low latency and multichannel sound (if using external mixer).
