i brought the hercules rmx 1month ago (brilliant)lugged it up to my lap top (great) got glitches every now and then (really annoying ) can anybody help me on this ive tried different settings in the performance and turned nearlly everything off on my laptop that deosn't need to be runing but it keeps on glitching .. my laptop doubles the requirements of virtual dj and the hercules .. please help its driving me nuts,,thanks

I had these problems when I first bought my RMX: the song would skip while playing, the loop would play then shut off by it self, effects buttons would come on by themselves, and the pitch would flutter up and down by itself. I found that turning my wireless switch off while playing, everything would run fine.. I don't know if you have a wireless switch, but did you try that??

Have you checked for conflicts? Sounds like something else is trying to use the RMXs resource
