Sujet HARWARE EXCELERATOR ISSUES

I run videos and music i noticed when the accelerator is checked the videos are slggish and the sound is popping and scratching when it is off no issues at all except i cannot use and features like clipbank and video effect can anyone tell me where my issue could be when i run accelerator thanks
