Sujet: TCCD Problems with VDJ6

Ce topic est ancien et peut contenir des informations obselètes ou incorrectes.

Ok first let me say I love the new skin for VDJ6 and the more control we get from this software. It truly is the best software out there!!

Now my issues... I had installed the latest versions 6.0.1 and I am using my MK II as the sound card for my set up. I configure the my 2 cdj 800 mk II as I always do. BTW the new interface for TC setup is a little overwheming at first compaired to the old setup. But after working with it for a few hours I got my setting to where I want them. I get 100% signal no problem. I can control the decks no problem. When I pause one deck it spins like a blillion miles a sec? or it spins real slow? never actually stopping? Also when I ajust the pitch it either going all the way to the top or to the bottom depending on which way I start? I tried reinstalling all my software and configureing it again but I get the same results?? Any Ideas anyone?

Sorry mods if this is in the wrong fourm??

Sorry mods #2 To all those that cried or complained about VDJ taking to long to update?? well now you see why it takes a long time!! Putting a software out there that runs right out of the box is hard and painstaking work!!

Good job VDJ Team!!! keep up the good work!!!

im asuming MKII is the serato box, if it is it outputs a sound as its form of copy protection for serato. this will seriously naff up the timecode reading. in crease your SILENT dial so it is just below the time code
for a more acurate method wait untill it does it and go into timecode (you should see the dots on it ) and increase it till the dots are engulfed by the grey silent circle. you should be all set to rock and roll after that

not really sure about the pitch increases, are you using the PRO timecode?

I believe the MKII is Hercules MKII controller. You are using it as a soundcard right? I strongly suggest investing in the M-Audio Connectiv sound card. I use it with my cdj1000mk3's and djm-800. It is solid, stable and loud! I have not had any problems till now, I am very, very happy with it and it's awesome with vdj.

!

Adjust the silencer knob in timecode setting.
When deck is paused, adjust the silencer until the track and spinners in skin are dead still

As for the pitch part, I dont understand what you mean

Hey Syberman yeah I am going to get a connectiv need to get rid of some of my usb sound devices.. :)

But back to my issues any idea's on why this is happening?

and yes MK II refers to Hercules MK II sorry just thought everyone knew this?...lol

Thanks for the info on the TC but as for the pitch..When I am trying to adjust pitch to beat match with my CDJ it should move realtive on the screen as I move it on my CDJ. Well if I increase the pitch by sliding down on my CDJ the pitch on the screen shgould slide down. Well it slides ALL the way down to the bottom....lol to stopping in the middle?
