Sujet: Video freezes vdj 5 vs 6

Hello,

Who can say that the video freezes are solved since you use vdj 6?

Really want to know.

Stupid thing is that I use vdj 5 and I don't have video freezes the first 10 songs, but the more I play video files the more freezes.

Nvidia card?

V6 solves that problem for most such cards, + there is an extra registry entry you can enter if still having problems

So v6 will most likely work far better for you ;)

Question: I have a Intel videocard and have freezing problems.

Could it also solve mine problem?

Strange is that the first ten minutes I don't see any freezes but it looks like a memory leak or something like that, because after ten minutes video mixing I see freezes.
 

Ok, that would be internal card without dedicated ram

Really not recommended for video mixing, or might not work much at all..
But since you got it semi working, try a few things

1) Turn off hardware acceleration in VDJ video options
2) Defragment your harddrive (it might use virtual ram over time, aka your harddrive)
3) Try use Vista (works better for such internal cards)

If all fails, I'm afraid your video card isnt up for the job

Last and final question: Only want to know the registry setting. Where can I find it ?
 

Its for nvidia cards..
Wont do any changes or good for your pc:)
