Sujet: Netsearch Problem

Hi Can someone please explain what i have to do to get this to work.
1. I highlight the netsearch in the left hand section
2. I type along the search bar Track or Artist or Both hit enter i get a quick flash on Netsearch Searching? and nothing happens?
3. I am signed in on the internet tab it says Full Membership are there any other settings that have to be made i have tried a number of songs to no avail.
4. Is there something in the firewall setting that has to be changed as i am on Medium setting now and i am not getting any warnings.
I have posted for support and the reply was less than helpful (mine's okay try another record).
Any ideas please.

are your settings correct in config > internet and have you logged in...
 

Hi yes it says connected full membership
 
Do you have show music, videos, karaoke checked where you turn the album covers on and off in the browswer?

There's also a check for using netsearch only when no local resutls are found .
