I cant play audio wave on my macbook. Went to Apple store and they installed all requested drivers so that my macbook can recognize the sound card BUT I still can't play the audio file once I load it into the player. In other words evrything works EXCEPT it will "play" when I hit the play button on Hercules RMX (or manuelly on the computer).

what way have you got your soundsettings.if its just on your laptop input none output headphones soundcard built in

Remember that If you configured Virtual DJ to use the Rmx's integrated soundcard, you will need to connect speakers to the outputs on the back of the unit in order to hear what is being played, as you computer's internal speakers won't be used.
