i have a gem sound mixer and im looking to use that to control virtual dj on my laptop im a newbie help would be apreciate it .

the first step would be buy a license. ok what inputs has the mixer. you could use a 3.5 stereo male to rca cable ,that in case the mixer has a rca inputs.

if what you have is a midi controller, yes . any midi controller work with vdj.l don't know if it's gonna work with a pirated version. what i can tell you it will work with a legal version of vdj.
